In the Rumba class we will learn aerobic exercise rutines to the rhythm of Latin music (merengue, samba, reggaeton, cumbia and salsa) and other styles, with the finally to lose weight in a fun way, improve mood, cardiovascular status, to strengthen and gain flexibility, stimulate memory and improve coordination; in addition to learning new words y terminologies in your target language. It’s an easy to follow class that gets the body in shape.
The structure of The Rumba Class incorporates a warm up phase o calentamiento, the aerobic or dance phase and cool down phase o vuelta a la calma.
The class will last one hour. During the sessions of the people who participate, they will practice choreography and learn new steps based on songs of Latin American styles and rhythms mainly. In each session, you can burn from 50 to 300 kilocalories.
